In the Vicinity of these location, there is an IED. The Patrol got there and discovered the IED. Where is the Human Intelligence come from? It must not have come from the Iraqi Army or Iraqi Police because they would have taken care of the IED themselves. It must, therefore, came from civilians. Somebody must care and had enough courage to report the incident to authority and wanted the IED man away. Nonetheless, kudos to whom report the incident.
